AI Agents for Multi-Channel E-Commerce Inventory & Operations
A conversational multi-agent console that unifies analytics, product creation, inventory intelligence, and supplier ordering across six marketplaces, including AI voice calls that place restock orders with suppliers.
The challenge
Merchants selling across Shopify, Amazon, Etsy, Walmart, WooCommerce, and TikTok Shop juggle a different dashboard for every channel. Analyzing performance, creating and syncing products, tracking stock, and reordering from suppliers is manual, repetitive, and easy to get wrong. The client wanted a single natural-language interface that could not only report but act.

What we built
We built an orchestrator agent that classifies each request and routes it to a specialist: a data analyst that turns natural language into SQL and visualizations, a product-creation agent, a supplier agent, an order-placing agent, a platform-sync agent, and a vision-based browser-automation agent.
A five-step AI product-creation pipeline takes a source URL through extraction, image generation, optimization, publishing, and supplier discovery, then syncs the result across all six marketplaces. Shopify is a first-class app with full OAuth, webhooks, and GDPR compliance hooks.
Inventory intelligence scores restock urgency and factors in supplier lead times to produce daily reorder recommendations. When stock is low, an order-placing agent can make an outbound AI voice call to the supplier to place the order.
For actions with no clean API, a vision agent drives a real browser, analyzing screenshots and executing steps, to complete the workflow. The whole platform is multi-tenant with encrypted per-merchant credentials and usage-based billing.
